OverviewObjectives: Investigate the association between gut microbiota and NAFLD using a biobank from a cross-sectional and prospective study. Explore the predictive role of baseline gut microbiota for the prognosis of NAFLD. Compare the clinical effects under different intensity of exercise. Explore the role of gut microbiota in progression of NAFLD. Explore the mechanisms of certain key functional strains in the NAFLD improvement.
