WP6 - Network, Local and External Training

Objectives: To provide to all 15 ESRs involved a structured, interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral training program, supporting and supplementing activities in the research projects. The main objectives are to solve cross-disciplinary problems, and provide network-wide, local and external training to the ESRs, including secondments to partners in academia and industrial sectors, workshops, summer schools, and dissemination and outreach activities. To train ESRs in transferable skills (entrepreneurship, business, management, organisation, leadership, IPR, scientific writing, communication, etc.) required to be future research leaders and to work in both private and public sectors.
